Stephen Burke - Sculptor & architectural stone carver

Stephen has worked on many large-scale projects throughout Ireland and the UK, including contemporary public art commissions, restoration, private sculpture, memorials and lettering commissions.

Stephen studied fine art in Dublin and Cork before studying architectural stone carving at the City & Guilds of London Art School where he returns to teach from time to time. Stephen works from his studio in Dublin 15.

He has recently completed work for the Eleanor Cross monument at Charing Cross (see Irish Times article), and new work for the London High Street 2012 Marathon route.
